Shipping Conditions You MUST Follow (Global Carrier Rules)

To ensure your shipment clears customs smoothly and stays compliant, Shoppre enforces the following mandatory shipment limitations:

1. Item Value Guidelines : Maximum Item Value — ₹25,000 per Shipment

Shipments must adhere to international value limits for smooth customs processing.

The declared value of all items under a single Airway Bill (AWB) cannot exceed ₹25,000.

If your order includes higher-value items or you’re unsure whether your shipment meets the requirements:
👉 Please contact Shoppre Support for assistance with the best shipping method.

2. Maximum Total Weight — 60 kg per Shipment

A single shipment can include multiple packages with a combined total weight of up to 60 kg.
This does not mean one box can weigh 60 kg.

3. Maximum Weight per Box — 25 kg

For manual handling safety and courier compliance, each individual box should not exceed 25 kg.
If a box goes over this limit:
⚠️ Additional Handling Charges (AHC) may apply.

4. Recommended Packing Example

For a total shipment weighing around 60 kg, a safe and compliant packing format could be:

  • Box 1: 25 kg

  • Box 2: 25 kg

  • Box 3: 10 kg

This ensures every box stays within standard handling limits.

5. Maximum Volumetric Weight — 40 kg per Box

Couriers charge based on the higher of actual or volumetric weight.
Shoppre’s repackaging service helps minimize volumetric weight and reduce your shipping cost.

Each box must remain within 40 kg volumetric weight to meet courier restrictions.

6. Maximum Length — 5 Feet per Box

No box can exceed 5 ft (longest side).
This ensures compatibility with:

  • Conveyor systems

  • Aircraft cargo doors

  • Automated sorting equipment

Any box exceeding this limit cannot be shipped internationally.

Why These Rules Matter

Following these guidelines ensures:

  • Smooth customs clearance

  • No delays or returns

  • Lowest possible shipping cost

  • No surprise handling fees

  • Safe transportation of your items

  • Eligibility for Shoppre’s consolidation service
